Avon Heights in Chippenham involved converting office spaces into 26 dwellinghouses. We worked closely with the developer to optimize the layout, reducing the need for additional staircases and sprinklers through effective negotiations with building control.

As the lead consultant, we managed fee quotes, planning negotiations, and successfully discharged all planning conditions. Our team provided a coordinated set of construction drawings for building regulations approval, ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction.
